Kristen Howell CRS, ABR, GRI

Kristen Howell is a native of Tuscaloosa. She attended Tuscaloosa Academy and graduated from The University of Alabama after spending two years at Southern Methodist University in Texas. Kristen is married and has two boys. She is a lifelong member of Christ Episcopal Church. She also has two Newfoundland dogs that are definitely part of her family. Her hobbies include gardening, tennis and running. Whatever is outdoors.

Kristen has been in real estate for fifteen years and specializes in property north of the river and the downtown historic districts. Kristen is known for her ability to solve problems and making deals work. She is also known for her creative marketing ideas. Kristen is very energetic and likes to be pro-active working hard to find buyers often selling her own listings.

Kristen has been licensed with Duckworth Morris Garrison her entire career. She loves the fact that it is the oldest company in Tuscaloosa and enjoys a reputation that is second to none in integrity, is small enough to give personal attention to each client and is an independent company rather than a large franchise.
